PURSUANT to section 7 of the Water and Soil Conservation Act 1967, I, the Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the appointment of:

Sir Edward Michael Coulson Fowler, retired Mayor, as member

and hereby appoint:

Raymond Francis Dillon, Mayor Tauranga, as member

to be a member of the Water Resources Council from and including the date of this appointment.

Appointing Deputy Member of the Water Resources Council

Nominated Member of the Arbitration Court Appointed

PURSUANT to sections 33(1)(d) and 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1973 (as substituted by section 3 of the Industrial Relations Amendment Act 1977), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice of the Minister of Labour, has been pleased to appoint:

Ernest William Joseph Ball, of Wellington, Trade Union Secretary

to be a nominated member of the Arbitration Court (in which capacity he shall, in accordance with section 43 of the Industrial Relations Act 1973 (as substituted by the said Section 3), hold office for a term of 5 years from the 10th day of October 1983).

Member of Waterfront Industry Tribunal Appointed

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Waterfront Industry Act 1976 (as amended by section 3 of the Waterfront Industry Amendment Act 1977), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, has been pleased to appoint

Revocation of Approval of Persons Authorised to Perform Vaccination Against Tuberculosis

PURSUANT to regulation 6 (4) of the Tuberculosis Regulations 1951, the Director-General of Health hereby gives notice of the revocation of the approval of the following persons as qualified to perform vaccinations against tuberculosis in accordance with those regulations.
