Notice, Amendment No. 4
PURSUANT to the New Zealand Railways Act 1981, the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby makes the following alterations and additions to the General Scale of Charges dated the 9th day of July 1982, published in Supplement dated the 12th day of July 1982 to the New Zealand Gazette of 8 July 1982* and hereby declares that such alterations and additions shall come into force on the 6th day of November 1983.

2.15 Lost tickets
Insert after clause 2.15.4 a new clause 2.15.5
2.15.5 Lost rail ferry passenger tickets: When a rail ferry ticket is issued for passenger travel only, it will not be refundable in the event of loss.
