COPY OF RESOLUTION OF WAIPAU COUNTY COUNCIL
PURSUANT TO SECTION 117 (3) (b) PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1981, VESTING STOPPED ROAD
It is hereby certified that the following resolution was duly passed by the Waipau County Council on the 26th day of September 1983.
3. Pursuant to the powers conferred on the Council by section 117 (3) (b) Public Works Act 1981, the Council certifies that in all the circumstances it is equitable that the land comprising the stopped road being the land described in the Second Schedule be vested in the adjoining owners, Michael Geoffrey Cotterill of Makarika, sheepfarmer (2 shares) and Lesley Jennifer Cotterill, his wife (1 share) as tenants in common in the said shares, and the same is hereby vested accordingly.
