NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of New Zealand, on the 27th day of April 1979, was appointed by the High Court at Wellington to administer the above-mentioned estate under Part XVII of the Insolvency Act 1967, and from that date the said estate has been administered, in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.

I summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the office of the District Public Trustee, 117–129 Lambton Quay, Wellington, on the 9th day of November 1983, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.
