APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER

WESTPAC BANKING CORPORATION, being the registered holder of a debenture dated the 30th day of October 1981, issued by the above-named company do hereby appoint Antony Robert Burn of New Plymouth, chartered accountant, to be receiver and manager of the property charged by the said debenture with all the powers conferred by the said debenture on receiver and manager appointed thereunder and subject to any direction of the Court in relation thereto and so that the receiver and manager shall be deemed to be the agent of the said company and not of the Bank as provided in the said debenture.
