Reservation of Land and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Omakau Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Omakau Recreation Reserve to be administered as a recreation reserve by the Omakau Recreation Reserve Board.

Amendment to a Notice Classifying Reserves

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands, hereby amends an error in the notice classifying Lot 21, Deeds Plan T36², dated 21 March 1981 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1982, No. 32, page 851 by omitting from the said notice that paragraph in the Schedule reading 1120 square metres, more or less, being Lot 21, Deeds Plan T36², situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District. All certificate of title 556/121.
