Reservation of Land and Appointment to Control and Manage a
Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby
sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation
reserve, and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 appoints the
Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to control and
manage the said reserve as a recreation reserve, subject to the
provisions of the said Act.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block III, Egmont Survey
District. Inglewood County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of
Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule
hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Inglewood County
Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication
of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act 1948.
