Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Motorway Purposes in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 29th day of June 1983 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on 7 July 1983, No. 97, at page 2089, acquiring land for motorway purposes by omitting the following:

“and to a right of way and drainage rights over the part Lot 2, shown coloured yellow on Plan 9193, in favour of the lessees of Lot 1 and Lot 3 on the said plan, together with a right of way over the part of Lot 1 and Lot 2, Plan 26805, shown coloured yellow and blue respectively and those parts of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, Deeds Plan 443, shown coloured blue.”
