(26) Tour literature—Standard condition 26 shall be imported into this clause but shall have effect only where the specified fare is used to construct a qualifying inclusive tour.

(27) Travel together—The application of the specified fare shall not be affected by any condition relating to the travelling together of passengers.

  1. Certain standard conditions excluded—For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby declared that standard conditions, 5, 8, 13, 16, 18, and 27 shall not be imported into this notice.

  2. Other tariffs—Nothing in this notice shall affect or prevent the application of the specified fare to any carriage in accordance with some other notice under section 29A(2) of this Act.
