Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Hokitika Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, and vests the said reserve in the Hokitika Borough Council in trust for that purpose.
