A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for access ways and to vest in The Napier City Council on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District, described as follows:

to be a member of the Coal Mines Council as from 1 October 1983 to 30 September 1984.
