Authorising a Secondary Use of Land in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 191 of the Public Works Act 1981, and being
of the opinion that it is practicable for the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be applied to a certain secondary use, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby authorises the land described
in the Schedule hereto, being land held for defence purposes, to be
applied to the secondary use of a works depot.
