NOTICE is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named society, on the 23rd day of August 1983, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the society namely:

That the branch would be wound up and its surplus assets be distributed to the Canterbury Branch of the Jewellers and Watchmakers of New Zealand, and such action to take effect from the 1st of September 1983.
