Declaring Land Used as a Roadway in Block IX, Tarawera Survey District, Rotorua District, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and used as a roadway, to be road, and to be vested in The Rotorua District Council.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 10.7652 hectares, situated in Block IX, Tarawera Survey District, being part Tumunui Block; as shown marked β€œA” on M.L. Plan 21425, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of August 1983.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Blocks IX and XIII, Tarawera Survey District, Rotorua District, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT of section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders dated 12 December 1957 and 22 March 1971, to be road, and to be vested in The Rotorua District Council.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

Area ha Being

3.8470 Part Rotomahana Parekarangi 6A2 No. 5B3 Roadway; coloured pink on M.L. Plan 17774.

Situated in Block XIII, Tarawera Survey District.

6.3990 Part Kapenga Block Roadway; coloured pink on M.L. Plan 19130.

Situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Tarawera Survey District.

As shown on the plans coloured as above mentioned and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
