Notice Under the Regulations Act 1936

Pursuant to the Regulations Act 1936, notice is hereby given of the making of regulations as under:

Redesignation of Ward Boundaries of the Central King Country Pest Destruction Board (Notice No. 3077, Ag. P.D.C.)

Pursuant to section 22 (c) of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Agricultural Pests Destruction Council hereby gives notice that the Central King Country Pest Destruction Board which was divided into wards on 7th March 1975* has redesignated the boundaries of its wards as specified in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

OHURA NORTH WARD

All that area in the Taranaki Land District, Taumarunui County, containing 556 square kilometres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle of the Panirau Stream with the western boundary of Block IX, Aria Survey District, being a point on the generally northern boundary of the Taumarunui County as described by New Zealand Gazette, 1967, page 1869, and proceeding generally easterly along that boundary to the easternmost corner of Section 12, Block VI, Tangitu Survey District; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 12 and the south-eastern boundaries of part Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 3057, to and south-easterly along the south-western boundaries of Section 15, Block VI, Tangitu Survey District, and Section 13, Block X, Tangitu Survey District, and the production of the last mentioned boundary across the Ongarue-Mangapehi Road, the North Island Main Trunk Railway and a Riverbank Reserve to the middle of the Ongarue River; thence generally southerly down the middle of that river to the southern side of the Stratford-Okahukura railway; thence generally north-westerly along that side and the northern boundary of Section 26, Block I, Rangi Survey District, to the south-eastern boundary of Section 33, Block I, thence generally south-westerly along that boundary and the south-eastern boundary
