PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The
Tauranga County Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,
and further declares that the said portion of road (now
known as Allotment 379, Te Puna Parish) when so stopped,
shall be amalgamated in one certificate of title with the
land comprised in certificate of title No. 25D/1419, South
