Declaring Road in the City of Auckland to be a Government
Road and to be Stopped and to be Set Apart for the Auckland-
Kumeu Motorway

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works
and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto
to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road, and further, pursuant to section 52 of the
Public Works Act 1981, declares the stopped Government
road to be set apart for the Auckland - Kumeu Motorway.
