Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Crown Land in the City of Lower Hutt

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of March 1983, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 March 1983, No. 34 at page 751, declaring land to be Crown land in the City of Lower Hutt by omitting the following from the Schedule—

“338.6214 Sections 263 and 264 and part Sections 14, 197, 198, 200, 200A, 260, 261, 262, and 265, Hutt District. Previously all certificate of title, No. F2/1439, limited as to parcels and now being Declaration No. 338680.1”

and substituting the following—

“338.5587 Sections 263 and 264 and part Sections 14, 197, 198, 200, 200A, 260, 261, 262 and 265, Hutt District. Previously all certificate of title, No. F2/1439, limited as to parcels and now being Declaration No. 338680.1, after excluding the land in Gazette notice 358353.1 and Declaration 491612.1”.

Amending a Notice Setting Apart Crown Land for State Housing Purposes in the City of Porirua and in the City of Upper Hutt

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of February 1979, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 10, of the 15th day of February 1979, at pages 306 and 307, and registered as No. 318802.1, Wellington Land Registry, amending a previous notice setting apart Crown land for State housing purposes in the City of Porirua and the City of Upper Hutt, by adding to the First Schedule of the said notice No. 318802.1 the following land, viz: 571 square metres, being Lot 147, D.P. 27680, being part of the land contained and described in notice No. 711957, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the notice dated 27 July 1983, published in New Zealand Gazette of 4 August 1983, No. 117 at page 2492, declaring land held for a State primary school in the City of Waitemata to be Crown land.
