State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Mount Richmond State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.


SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY

93.1987 hectares, more or less, being Section 35A, Block X, Wakamarina Survey District, and Lot I, Land Transfer Plan 5781, Block X, Wakamarina Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 2023, as shown on plan 027/24, 25, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. 750).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of August 1983.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Coromandel State Forest Park.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—THAMES-COROMANDEL DISTRICT

253.6500 hectares, more or less, being Taparahi 2B1A Block, situated in Block IX, Thames Survey District and Block IX, Tairua Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 2091, as shown on plan T12/19, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (M.L. Plan 21337).

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Wellington City Council on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this proclamation in the Gazette.

ALL that piece of land containing 315 square metres, situated in Block XIII, Port Nicholson Survey District being part Lot 20, D.P. 883; as shown coloured orange on S.O. Plan 27010, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.
