NOTICE CALLING FINAL MEETING OF MEMBERS AND CREDITORS
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of NOVELTONE INDUSTRIES LTD. (in liquidation):
NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., Fourth Floor, National Mutual Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland at 10.30 a.m. on the 2nd day of September 1983 for the purpose of having an account laid before the meetings showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company having been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidator.
Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member or creditor respectively.

NOTICE is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 12th day of August 1983, the following resolution was passed by the company namely:
That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue in business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.
That Trevor Vernon Bailey, of Markham & Partners, Christchurch, be nominated as liquidator by the company pursuant to section 285 of the Companies Act 1955.
Accordingly notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the company be held pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act, at Marac Board Room, Marac House, 188–192 Armagh Street, Christchurch on the 23rd day of August 1983, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting and at which meeting the creditors in pursuance of section 284 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company and in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act may appoint a committee of inspection.
