PURSUANT to the Marriage Act 1955, I, James Kenneth McLay, Minister of Justice, hereby give notice as follows:

The organisation specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be an approved organisation for the purpose of the Marriage Act 1955.

The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 3, 1983
PURSUANT to Regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, hereby give the following notice:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 3, 1983.

It is hereby declared, as requested by the National Roads Board, that the State Highway as set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.

So much of the notice dated the 13th day of June 1980† which relates to the classification of the highway described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licenced Premises—Taranaki—Taranaki Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A and 221B of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Taranaki Licensing Committee on 23 June 1983, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licenced premises known as the Manutahi Hotel, Manutahi.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licenced premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

Average Price for Apples and Pears for the 1982/83 Season Declared
NOTICE is hereby given that the Apple and Pear Prices Authority has determined, pursuant to section 27 of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1971, that:

The average price for all apples purchased by the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board from growers during the 1982/83 season be 19.9855 cents per kilogram; and
-
The average price for all pears purchased by the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board from growers during the 1982/83 season be 26.888 cents per kilogram.

The Standards Act 1965—Draft New Zealand Standard Specification Available for Comment
PURSUANT to sub-section (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft New Zealand standard specification is being circulated.
Number and Title of Specification
DZ 6603 Draft code of practice for multiple outlet distribution systems for sound and television signals. $5.
This draft code of practice sets out proposed recommendations for good reception and reticulation of sound and television signals in buildings on a single site. It is particularly applicable to installations in new buildings although many of its recommendations are applicable to installations in existing buildings.
The recommendations cover provision of antenna systems, and coaxial cable distribution systems, necessary structural accommodation for equipment and wiring, and protective measures against danger from electric shock, fire and other hazards. It is implicit in all reference to television signals that FM sound is included.
The draft code is a revision of NZSR 3:1966.
