PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Levin Borough Council on the 20th day of December 1982:

That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Levin Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said borough in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.
