PURSUANT to section 52 and 153 (2) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road, which has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall remain vested in the Crown.

ALL that piece of land containing 2083 square metres, situated in Block VIII, Newcastle Survey District, being part Allotment 123A, Horotiu Parish; as shown marked 'B' on S.O. Plan 52156, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Ashburton County

PURSUANT to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that the portions of stopped road described in the Schedule hereto shall be disposed of as follows:

(a) The areas firstly and secondly described shall vest in Elaine Daisy Muckle, of Rakaia, farmer and Pyne Gould Guinness Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch, executors, subject to memorandum of mortgage 91036/4, Canterbury Land Registry.

(b) The area thirdly described shall vest in The Ashburton County Council; and

(c) The area fourthly described shall vest in Peter Moodie, of Springburn, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage 392671/1, Canterbury Land Registry.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Block I, Waipukurau Survey District, Waipawa District

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Crown:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the part of road described in the Second Schedule hereto be stopped, and

further declares that the said stopped road (now known as Section 45, Block I, Waipukurau Survey District) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title H4/917, subject to mortgage 191080.

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the Proclamation dated the 20th day of December 1972 and published in Gazette, 11 January 1973, No. 1, page 2 and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. S.588139, defining the middle line of a portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in Block XV, Maramarua Survey District and Block III, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County.
