NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company, by the High Court was, on the 1st day of
February 1983, presented to the said Court by W. W. KEIGHLEY
AND COMPANY LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its
registered office at 190 Maces Road, Christchurch; and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christ-
church on the 16th day of March 1983 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may
appear at the time of hearing in person or by its counsel for that
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the under-
sign ed to any creditor or contributory of the said company requir-
ing a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978,
notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale
Price for the sale held on the 31 January at Invercargill was 256.75
cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the Government's supplementary mini-
mum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the speci-
fied percentage for supplementation will be 24.6 percent for all
wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from
and including the 31st day of January 1983 until midnight on the
day before the next auction sale to be held.

fied percentage for supplementation will be 25.0 percent for all
wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from
and including the 3rd day of February 1983 until midnight on the
day before the next auction sale to be held.
