Designation of Waimate Community Arts Council

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Southern Regional Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Waimate Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:

The Borough of Waimate and the Waimate County.

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Central Regional Arts Council and on the application of the Waiapu Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Waiapu Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:

Waiapu County and Uawa Ridings of Cook County.

Mackenzie County.

Designation of Redefined Boundary for the South Canterbury Community Arts Council

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Southern Regional Arts Council and on the application of the South Canterbury Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the South Canterbury Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:

Timaru City, Strathallan County, the MacKenzie County, the Geraldine Borough and the Temuka Borough.

South Waikato Community Arts Council—Gazetting of Revised Boundary

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Northern Regional Arts Council and on the application of the South Waikato Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the South Waikato Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:

That area enclosed by the line to follow south from Lake Arapuni, down the Waikato River, Lake Waipapa and the eastern boundary of the Rangitoto Range to include Ranginui: the Whakamaru rural district and then via the Forest Products Road south to include Te Whetu and then west to the junction of Wiltsdown Road, taking the southbound carriageway to Wacu and to Lake Arapuni.

That this notice revokes the previous notice headed “Designation of South Waikato Community Arts Council” which appeared in the New Zealand Gazette No. 91 of 1977 on page 2324.
