And whereas by Order in Council dated 27 September 1939, published in Gazette, No. 124, 5 October 1939, p 2649, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto was included in the Maori reservation constituted by the Order in Council dated 8 April 1936 mentioned above:

And whereas by notice dated 6 November 1975, published in Gazette, No. 101, 13 November 1975, p. 2550, the land described in the Third Schedule hereto was cancelled from the Maori reservation:

And whereas it is desired to cancel the reservation as it pertains to the land mentioned in the Fourth Schedule hereto:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 439 (5) (b) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 notice is hereby given as follows:

NOTICE

THE Maori reservation constituted by Order in Council dated 8 April 1936, published in Gazette, No. 29, 16 April 1936, p. 759 and Order in Council dated 27 September 1939, published in Gazette No. 124, 5 October 1939, p. 2649 and being the lands described in the First and Second Schedules hereto: was cancelled as to part by notice dated 6 November 1975, published in Gazette No. 101, 13 November 1975, p. 2550 in respect of the lands described in the Third Schedule hereto: and the remaining land in the Maori reservation as described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, is hereby cancelled.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block VIII, Nuhaka Survey District, and described as follows:
