Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietors of the following secondary schools.
St Bede’s College, Main North Road, Papanui, Christchurch.
Marian College, North Parade, Christchurch.
Xavier College, Barbadoes Street, Christchurch.
St John’s College, Jervois Street, Hastings.
The said schools will enter into the State education system in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975 with effect from 1 February 1983.
Copies of the integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington and at regional offices.
