Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hamilton City Council on the 13th day of October 1982:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for local purpose (electricity) within the meaning of the said Act.”

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purposes (site for a public hall) over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Wallace County Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of the Mossburn War Memorial Park Recreation Reserve.

Social Security Act 1964—Maternity Notice

PURSUANT to section 112 (4) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives notice that Victor Charles Joseph Barker, M.B., B.S.(LOND), of 110 Remuera Road, Remuera, Auckland, has notified the Minister that he would like to withdraw his notice published in New Zealand Gazette on 22 November 1967, that he was unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity benefits, on the terms provided for in section 112 of the Social Security Act 1964.
