As shown marked as above mentioned on the S.O. Plans, lodged
in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Land Acquired for Road and Road Purposes in Block XII,
Tangihua Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that
effect having been entered into, the land described in the First
Schedule is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the
Second Schedule is hereby acquired for road purposes and the land
described in both Schedules shall vest in The Whangarei County
Council on the 10th day of February 1983.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule here
is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes
and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of February 1983.
