Revolving a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of Portion of Declaring Part of Road to be Stopped in the Borough of

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development, hereby revokes the Proclamation dated the 19th day of June 1963 and published in Gazette, 27 June 1963, Volume II, page 870 and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. S. 261416, defining the middle line of portion of the Rotorua - Tarukenga Main Highway in Blocks XI, XV, and XVI, Rotorua Survey District.

Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Block XI, Motu Survey District, Waikohu County

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the parts of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the said stopped road firstly described (now known as Section 37, Block XI, Motu Survey District) and the said stopped road secondly described (now known as Section 38, Block XI, Motu Survey District) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1D/802 subject to mortgages 86665, 104620, 115003.1, and 138618.1.
