Revocation of Delegated District Court-Martial Warrant
TO: The Commander, New Zealand Force South East Asia.
WHEREAS I, David Ewan Jamieson, C.B., O.B.E., Chief of Air Staff of the Royal New Zealand Air Force, am empowered by Warrant from the Governor-General to delegate to any officer under my command or jurisdiction not below the rank of squadron leader a general authority to convene General Courts-martial for the trial of any person who is subject to the Royal New Zealand Air Force Act 1950 and also to confirm the findings and sentences thereof to be put into execution so far as he may lawfully do:
And whereas by Warrant dated the 17th day of January 1980 general authority was delegated to you to convene District Courts-martial and to confirm the findings and certain sentences thereof.
And whereas the circumstances which gave rise to that Warrant no longer exist:
Now therefore, I hereby cancel and revoke my said Warrant this 18th day of January 1983.

PURSUANT to regulation 10 (2) of the Co-operative Milk Marketing Companies Income Tax Regulations 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint on the 27th day of January 1983, Mr B. V. J. Galvin, Secretary to the Treasury, Wellington to be Chairman; Messrs G. McMillan, Director, Dairy Division, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Wellington and G. MacPherson, retired, of Tawa to be members of the Co-operative Milk Marketing Companies Income Tax Appeal Authority for the purposes of the Income Tax Act 1976.
