Classification of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the Marlborough Harbour Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for local purpose (harbour) and vests the said reserve in the Marlborough Harbour Board in trust for that purpose.

Classification of Reserve and Appointment of the Marlborough Catchment and Regional Water Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (soil conservation and river control) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, hereby appoints the Marlborough Catchment and Regional Water Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose (soil conservation and river control).

Appointment of the Lake County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Lake County Council to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a recreation reserve, such appointment to be subject to the conditions hereinafter provided:

(a) The appointment shall be for a term of 5 years from 1 April 1983.

(b) The Lake County Council shall be required, pursuant to section 28 of the Reserves Act 1977, to submit a Management Plan for the reserve to the Minister of Lands for approval.

(c) The land contained in certificate of title 7B/497 shall remain subject to Lease No. 491955.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block V, Alford Survey District, Ashburton County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Ashburton County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
