PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the fencing and restrictive covenants contained in transfer H.119905.1, South Auckland Land Registry, for a residence established under the Children and Young Persons Act 1974, and shall vest in the Crown on the 4th day of August 1983.
