(a) The area described firstly shall be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. D.P. e631 recorded in certificate of title No. 6A/253 held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Maurice Smith of Dunedin, accountant and Alexander James Lloyd Martin of Ranfurly, solicitor.

(b) The area described secondly shall be incorporated in lease in perpetuity No. 1034 recorded in certificate of title, Volume 127, folio 25, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Glenone Farming Company (1977) Limited.

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and to be vested in The Eltham County Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares that the portions of road described in the Second Schedule shall be stopped, and declares that—

(i) The area firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. e3/1180, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 118331 and 255607.6 and statutory land charge 156662:

(ii) The areas secondly and thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 139, folio 105:

(iii) The area fourthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 133, folio 11:

Amending a Notice Stopping Road in the City of Auckland

———

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of May 1983 and published in the Gazette of 2 June 1983, No. 76, page 1728, declaring road to be stopped in the City of Auckland pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.
