State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Whakarewarewa State Forest Park—Rotorua Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA DISTRICT

4.4083 hectares, more or less, being Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, Block V, Tarawera Survey District, Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, Block XI, Tarawera Survey District, Sections 17, 18, 19, Block X, Tarawera Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 1376, as shown on plans U16/3–6 and 8–10, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. 48178–48181, 48183–48185).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of July 1983.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders dated 11 July 1949 and 15 September 1954, to be road, and to be vested in The Rotorua District Council.

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block X, Rotoiti Survey District, described as follows:
