and the County of Waitotara

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into:

(i) The land described in the First Schedule hereto to be acquired
for road and shall vest in The Wanganui City Council on
the 28th day of July 1983 and.

(ii) The land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be
acquired for road and shall vest in The Waitotara County
Council, on the 28th day of July 1983.
