PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to sections 114 and 153, declares the portions of land described in the First Schedule hereto to be a limited access road, which has become road, limited access road and State highway.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of limited access road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) The area marked “A” on the plan, now known as Allotment 827, Te Papa Parish, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10C/1018, South Auckland Land Registry, subject to Gazette notice S. 383581.

(ii) The area marked “D” on the plan, now known as Allotment 828, Te Papa Parish, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10C/1018, South Auckland Land Registry subject to Gazette notice S. 383581 and certificate of charge H. 416443.

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the parts of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that—

(i) The areas first and secondly described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title C3/186, subject to Statutory Land Charge No. 383167.1, mortgage No. 392903.3 and Gazette notice 413781.1:

(ii) The area thirdly described in the Third Schedule shall be vested in Adrian Patrick Kinross White of Pukehau, farmer, subject to the interests in (i) above:
