Import Licence Tendering—Results of Tenders for Round Six: ANZCERT Tendered Exclusive Australian Licences (TEALS)

The following are the official results of Round 6 of the Import Licence Tendering Scheme. This round of tendering was for goods under ANZCERT.

TEALS obtained in this Round are valid nominally from 1 January 1983 but in fact will bear start and end dates of 1 July 1983 to 30 June 1984. Goods imported with these licences must meet the criteria for products of Australian origin as contained in the amended Customs Regulations 1968. The New Zealand/Australia Rules of Origin are detailed in Article 3 of the ANZCERT Treaty.

In submitting these tenders, tenderers have been required to sign an undertaking which states that the tenderer is domiciled in New Zealand, does not act in this matter on behalf of any other person, has not submitted tenders in excess of the maximum number permitted and has not made bids for products where the company has more than a 25 percent shareholding connection (directly or indirectly) with a manufacturer who has received Manufacturers Exclusive Australian Licence (MEALS).
