NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937 and its amendments, the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Ltd., has made application to the Minister of Energy for a pipeline authorisation to convey natural gas by pipeline from a new offtake station on the Kinleith-Kawerau main trunk line to a terminal station within the Peka Block adjacent to State Highway No. 5, Rotorua.

Copies of the application can be inspected at the offices of Bruce Henderson and Associates, Consulting Engineers, Tauranga and the offices of the Rotorua District Council, Arawa Street, Rotorua.

Submissions should be made within 30 days of the date of this advertisement and should be sent to the Minister of Energy, Private Bag, Wellington.
