Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Acquired for Road in

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated
the 30th day of May 1983, published in the Gazette of 9 June 1983,
No. 80, at page 1792, declaring land acquired for road in Block
VIII, Ranganaui Survey District, Mangonui County, pursuant to
section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the words “As
shown on S.O. Plan 73967” and substituting the words “As shown
on D.P. 73967”.
