LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

APPLICATION for a prescriptive title to land Part I, Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963. Notice is hereby given that a certificate of title will be issued in the name of the applicant under Part I, Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963 for the land described in the Schedule unless a caveat is lodged at the Land Registry Office, Christchurch, forbidding the same on or before the 3rd day of June 1983.
