Declaring Road in Block VI, Mangonui Survey District, Mangonui County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped and to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road, and further, pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 866 square metres, situated in Block VI, Mangonui Survey District, adjoining or passing through part Lot 1, Deeds Plan 893, Lot 1, D.P. 87958, Sections 24 and 21, Block VI, Mangonui Survey District, and Closed Road; as shown marked ‘A’ on S.O. Plan 56224, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Land Acquired for Road in Block XVI, Mata Survey District, Waiapu County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 3rd day of February 1983.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Block XII, Awaroa Survey District and Block IX, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Raglan County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas firstly to eightly (inclusive) described, now known as Allotments 372 to 379 (inclusive), Whangape Parish shall vest in Peter Ivan Drnasin of Huntly, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. S. 620098, H. 194324, H. 190777 and Statutory Land Change S. 566631 South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The area ninthly described, now known as Allotment 381, Whangape Parish, shall vest in Kouratahi Farm Limited subject to memorandum of mortgage No. H. 229697.2 South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) The area tenthly described, now known as Allotment 380, Whangape Parish, shall vest in Johannes Adrianus Baars of Huntly, farmer and Rita Josephine Baars, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. H. 149260.11, H. 154202.2, and H. 173535 South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) The area eleventhly described, now known as Allotment 371, Whangape Parish, shall vest in Nesley Farms Limited.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken, and declares that:

(i) The areas firstly, secondly, and thirdly, described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 653, folio 24, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. S. 273495, H. 002390, and H. 093755 South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The area fourthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 249, folio 144 subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. H. 149260.11, H. 154202.2, and H. 173535 South Auckland Land Registry.
