State Forest Land to be Set Apart for Addition to Mount Richmond State Forest Park—Nelson Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY
4.1480 hectares, more or less, being Section 64, District of North Bank of Wairau, situated in Block XVII, Pine Valley Survey District. All certificate of title Volume 53, folio 11, as shown on plan 028/7, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of January 1983.

PURSUANT to section 3 and 4 of the Commerce Act 1975, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to re-appoint:

George McKenzie Fraser,

of Wellington, to be a member of the Commerce Commission for a further term commencing on the 1st day of February 1983, and ending on the 31st day of December 1983.

Felix Ellis O’Sullivan,

of Lower Hutt, to be a member of the Commerce Commission for a further term commencing on the 1st day of February 1983, and ending on the 31st day of December 1983.

Alan Louis Jenkin,

of Auckland, to be a member of the Commerce Commission for a further term commencing on the 14th day of March 1983, and ending on the 31st day of December 1983.

as Honorary Consul for Pakistan at Auckland has been provisionally recognised.

His Excellency the Governor-General directs it to be notified that the appointment of

Rodney Bignell Weir,

as Honorary Consul-General for Austria at Wellington, with jurisdiction throughout New Zealand, with the exception of Northland, Central Auckland, South Auckland, and Bay of Plenty, has been provisionally recognised.
