Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 16th day of December 1982 the Bank appointed Noel Owen Cave and Gary Horton John Baird, both chartered accountants of New Plymouth, whose offices are at the offices of Messrs McCulloch Menzies & Co., Chartered Accountants, 28 Vivian Street, New Plymouth, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 26th day of January 1981.
