Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in the
Wellington Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested
in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands
Act 1949, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested
in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a school, shall be
vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every
educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases,
encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date
hereof.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—EKETAHUNA COUNTY
8094 square metres, more or less, being part Section 26, Block IX,
Mangaroa Survey District. All certificate of title 119/211, S.O.
Plans 12657 and 21424.

December 1982.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and con-
sent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land
described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the 14th day after
the date of the publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette,
be a national park subject to the National Parks Act 1980 and shall
be added to and form part of the Westland National Park.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND COUNTY
4462 hectares approximately, being Rural Section 6088, situated in

Defining the Limits of Oteranga Bay Harbour

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby defines the limits of Oteranga Bay
Harbour as described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water enclosed by a line commencing at a point
on the shore latitude 41° 19.35'S longitude 174° 38.6'E thence in
a direction of 264° True for a distance of 2.5 nautical miles thence
in a direction of 342° True for a distance of 3 nautical miles thence
in a direction of 083° True until it reaches the shore at high water
ordinary spring tide.
