Cancellation of the Vesting in the Bay of Plenty Hospital Board of a Reserve and the Vesting in the New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped Incorporated

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Bay of Plenty Hospital Board of the reserve for local purpose (centre for intellectually handicapped), described in the Schedule hereto, and further, vests the said reserve in the New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped Incorporated, in trust, for that purpose.
