  1. Paragraphs (b) and (c) of the special resolution referred
    to above (described as “Resolution II” in the notice of annual
    general meeting dated 28 January 1982) shall not be varied
    without the prior approval of this Honourable Court.

  2. So long as any part of the sum of $810,074.00, being
    the amount the subject of the order in paragraph 1 above, is
    undistributed, the accounts of the company shall be noted so
    as to show:

(a) the existence of the special resolution referred to as
‘Resolution II’ in the notice of the annual general
meeting of the shareholders of the company dated
28 January 1982:

(b) what part of the sum of $810,074.00 remains un-
distributed but still subject to that resolution.

  1. No minute relating to the reduction of the share premium
    reserve be produced to the Registrar of Companies under
    section 78 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, nor be registered
    under section 78 (2) of that Act.

  2. Notice of the registration of this order be published once
    in the New Zealand Gazette.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations
1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted
Average Sale Price for the sale held on 12 August at
Christchurch was 260.44 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is below the Government’s supplementary
minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy
basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be
22.9 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for
privately sold wool from and including the 12th day of
August 1982 until midnight on the day before the next
auction sale to be held.

As this price is below the Government’s supplementary

cent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately
sold wool from and including the 13th day of August 1982
until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to
be held.

KIWIFRUIT MARKET LICENSING REGULATIONS 1977

ELECTION OF PRODUCER REPRESENTATION TO THE NEW ZEALAND KIWIFRUIT AUTHORITY

I hereby give notice that an election will be held to elect
1 member of the New Zealand Kiwifruit Authority to
represent Kiwifruit producers in the Southern Ward.

Pursuant to the requirements of the Kiwifruit Marketing
Licensing Regulations 1977 therefore, kiwifruit producers
are advised that the electoral roll of producers for the
Southern Ward will be available for inspection for 14 days
from 25 August 1982 during normal office hours at the
following places: Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries’ office

in Whakatane, Opotiki, Gisborne, Hastings, Palmerston North,
Wanganui, New Plymouth, Levin, Nelson, Motueka; and
in Te Puke at the Central Post Office, Jellicoe Street; and
in Wellington at the offices of the New Zealand Citrus and
Subtropical Council Inc., Huddart Parker Buildings, Custom
House Quay.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of
the Petroleum Act 1937, the undersigned has applied to the
Minister of Mines for a pipeline authorisation to convey
natural gas by pipeline from the trunk main in Mount Smart
Road, to a regulator station to be sited on Lot 8, D.P.
17485, 267 Mount Smart Road, Onehunga.
