J. Rushton on behalf of the said Francis James Wallace and this Court being satisfied that the said Francis James Wallace has discharged his duties as Liquidator pursuant to the Companies Act 1955, doth hereby order that the said Francis James Wallace is released from administration of the liquidation and that the company be dissolved and that the company's books and papers be disposed of.
