Road Stopped and Acquired for a Site of Local Historic Interest in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a site of local historic interest and shall vest in The Wellington City Council.
