PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, together with a drainage right created by transfer No. 30173, for a secondary school on the 12th day of August 1982.
